Ryan Callahan is a senior product and strategy leader currently serving as the Global Lead for Worldwide Business Planning at Apple. In this capacity, Ryan leads global process transformation, designing the operational frameworks and strategic rhythms that drive business planning for one of the world’s most complex organizations

Ryan returns to Apple following a tenure as Senior Staff Program Manager at Rivian Automotive, where he led the go-to-market strategy for the company’s next-generation vehicle portfolio (R2, R3, and R3X). At Rivian, he established the commercial roadmap for new product entries, aligning engineering vision with market launch readiness. This builds upon his previous decade-long tenure at Apple, where he held leadership roles across Finance, Retail Operations, and Product Management.

As a Trustee at Compass High School, Ryan leverages this background in enterprise-level strategy to advance the school’s mission. He serves on both the Technology and Advancement committees , where his guidance has supported the implementation of new educational technology platforms and helped drive record-breaking fundraising efforts.

Ryan holds a Master’s in Management from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s in Finance from Bryant University. He is deeply committed to the intersection of technology, sustainability, and equitable education for neurodiverse learners.
