The Compass High School admissions process is guided by one goal: finding the right fit for every student. Each application is reviewed with care to ensure that every student will thrive in our community and that we can meet their individual needs.
Admissions Update
Compass High School is currently accepting applications for the 2025–2026 school year. Admissions Process
Connect with Cathy – Schedule a friendly introductory call with our Director of Admissions to get to know your family.
Visit Our Campus – Take a tour and experience life at Compass High School firsthand.
Submit Your Application – Provide your completed application, required documents, and application fee.
Family Interview – Meet with us for a relaxed conversation with parents and student.
Decision Time – We thoughtfully review your application and share our admissions decision.
Timeline
To be considered for the next school year, applications are due by February 9.
We recommend applying early so there’s plenty of time to review your application, set up a shadow visit, and wrap up the process smoothly.
Please note that if spots are still available, we’re happy to accept applications later in the year for mid-year transfers.

I am the Director of Admissions here at Compass.
I’m passionate about assisting our thriving community of complex learners and their families while making Compass a place of potential for each student. Providing resources and guidance, I love to help ensure our learners and their families have the tools they need to succeed.
In addition to helping our current community, I’m always excited to meet new learners and families that could benefit from Compass’ program!

Application Checklist
A completed admissions application
A letter of introduction. Optional: a letter from the student
Recent Neuropsychological or Psychoeducational assessment
School records: recent report card, progress report. For transfer students, high school transcripts are required
Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or 504 plan if applicable
Recent photograph of student
Application fee: $180
