Pathfinders Fundraiser

Each spring, the Compass High School community gathers for Pathfinders — an evening of connection, inspiration, and support for Compass students and educators.

More than a fundraiser, Pathfinders celebrates the power of a community built around neurodivergent learners. Each year, nearly 200 parents, alumni, educators, advocates, and community partners come together to support students who learn differently and help Compass continue to thrive.

At Compass, we believe how students learn is just as important as what they learn. Research shows students learn best when they feel understood, connected, and supported — values that shape every aspect of the Compass experience.

Featured Speakers

Since launching in 2023, Pathfinders has welcomed nationally recognized speakers whose work reflects the mission and values of Compass:

  • 2023 — David Flink

  • 2024 — Nina G

  • 2025 — Guy Kawasaki

  • 2026 — Dr. Denise Pope

Why Pathfinders Matters

Funds raised through Pathfinders directly support Compass students, educators, and programs, helping sustain the individualized and supportive learning environment that defines a Compass education.

“I didn’t like going to school at all before attending Compass. Once I got there, I was always excited to go to school!”
— Compass Alum

“The first time I visited Compass High School, I was not only impressed, I was shocked, in a good way!”
— Compass Parent

“Compass has turned out to be a good place for [my son] to feel emotionally safe and available to learn.”
— Compass Parent

Sponsors & Community Partners

Pathfinders is made possible through the generosity of families, local businesses, foundations, and community supporters. We are grateful to every sponsor who has helped support Compass over the past four years.
