Allison Kim brings more than 20 years of experience as an educator, school social worker, and licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping students, families, and educators thrive. Throughout her career, she's worked alongside school leaders to strengthen school culture, coach teachers, design social-emotional learning programs, and create neurodiversity-affirming supports that help every student feel understood and successful.

With graduate degrees in both education and social work from the University of Michigan, Allison combines deep expertise with an extraordinary ability to build meaningful relationships. She's known for bringing people together, partnering with families, and helping schools create environments where students feel connected, capable, and empowered to grow. On weekends, she’s usually out exploring the Bay Area with her husband and daughters—trying new restaurants, giving in to boba cravings, shopping, and occasionally attempting to convince them that a hike really is fun.
