Aimee has a diverse background of education, teaching and behavioral support. Prior to Compass, she spent over five years teaching various grades in both mainstream schools and inclusive education programs, while providing support for student behavior.

Aimee is currently pursuing her PhD in Educational Law, focusing on school removal policies that affect students of color and the impact of the school-to-prison pipeline. She holds a Masters of Science in Mental Health and Prevention and a Bachelors of Science in Sociology. She is also in candidacy for her EdD in Organizational Leadership and Behavioral Health.

Aimee is most passionate about creating a safe learning environment where each individual student can grow at their own pace. As the Dean of Admissions and Student Life, Aimee looks forward to supporting students socially, emotionally, and academically.
